At Global Education Group (GEG), we are passionate about making a meaningful impact in our communities, and there is no better way to do that than by empowering young minds through literacy. That’s why we are thrilled to support Burning Through Pages, an incredible organization that inspires, connects, and uplifts young readers across Colorado.
This year, our partnership with Burning Through Pages has allowed us to play a part in sustaining and expanding their peer-led book club for elementary students—a program that truly transforms lives.
Here’s what makes this initiative so special and why we’re proud to be a part of it:

This year, our partnership with Burning Through Pages has allowed us to play a part in sustaining and expanding their peer-led book club for elementary students—a program that truly transforms lives.
Here’s what makes this initiative so special and why we’re proud to be a part of it:
- Investing in Future Leaders: Our support enables two high school students to work as peer mentors, earning sustainable wages while building critical leadership and mentorship skills. It’s inspiring to see these young leaders shaping the next generation of readers while growing themselves.
- Fostering a Love for Reading: Each elementary participant gets to keep every book they read during the club, creating a personal library that nurtures their love for literature.
- Celebrating Successes: Every book completed is celebrated with pizza parties and engaging activities that boost reading comprehension and make learning fun.
- Seeing Results: Participants leave the program not only with stronger reading skills—on average, improving more than 1 grade level—but also with a newfound sense of community and confidence.
