After graduating from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa with a degree in Communications and Leadership, Bethany packed a backpack and traveled around the world for two years. Her travels to 25 countries influenced her to lead a life of intentional
relationships, transparency, and a healthy and balanced team environment. After returning from life overseas, Bethany decided she needed more adventure and packed up from the Midwest (where she’d lived her entire life) and moved to Colorado
to work with a non-profit as a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities. After several years there, she joined the Global team and brings years of experience in marketing, business development, and customer service. Bethany’s also
pursuing a MA at the University of Denver in Organizational Leadership, Strategic Change, and Innovation.
When she is not buried in her studies or globetrotting around the world, Bethany enjoys weekend getaways with her friends, family time, going to the dog park with her Golden Retriever puppy, and binge-watching Greys Anatomy.
Vice President of Operations, General Manager
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Economics, Joe pursued more education receiving two master’s degrees in Operations Management and Finance, respectively, from Regis University. Although he’s worked
in several fields (finance, technology, and healthcare), he knew Colorado was always the place to be professionally and personally, and joined the Global team as Vice President of Operations and General Manager.
When he isn’t preaching about quality and performance improvement initiatives to reinvent healthcare and education, Joe enjoys karaokeing 80s and 90s pop and rap music, and anything that gets him outside with his family and dog, Mikey.
Andrea has been in the medical education industry since 2011. During her time with Global, she’s focused on program management and operations, with an emphasis on customer service.
She received her degree in business from the University of Denver, and when she isn’t managing programs, mentoring employees, or completing outcomes and reconciliations, she likes to spend her time painting, crocheting, or at concerts – and
documenting everything on social media along the way.

Although he was born in Alabama, David hit the road for college and found himself at the University of Georgia, where he met his eventual wife. After graduating with a degree in communications, he spent time in several parts of the country working
in various sales roles before landing in the pharmaceutical industry, which brought him to Colorado. David is passionate about sales and education and has been in healthcare for over 15-years. Although he’s recently moved back to Georgia to
manage Global’s “east coast operations,” it’s his hope to return permanently to his “new home,” Colorado. David also represents the Global team as a Volunteer Committee Member for the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions
After work, he enjoys playing chase with his young daughter and traveling to explore new areas with his family. He and his wife welcomed their second daughter last year; little Elizabeth Anne is keeping them and her big sister on their
toes each day.
Liddy has lived in Colorado her whole life and self-proclaims herself to be “Global’s resident crazy animal lady.” She completed her degree in finance and much of her experience is in compliance, auditing, and operations management in a wide

helps out everyone at Global with a variety of activities, assignments, and tasks, and also works as a part-time editor.
When she's not obsessively correcting everyone's grammar, Julia enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Beowulf - a 70-pound malamute / husky mix that considers the Global office his second home.
