In 2016, Global designed a survey for healthcare professionals to help us and other stakeholders understand the value of CME as perceived by the learners it is developed for. Since then, Global has continued to survey physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across various clinical practice areas to gather insights on CME, including aspects such as the incorporation of CME information into practice, educational preferences, practice barriers, and other essential data points that are critical to advancing our educational and funding strategies.
In 2024, Global expanded its survey to address current healthcare trends, including perspectives on learning formats, the impact of new treatment guidelines on practice, and the amount of time healthcare professionals are able to dedicate to CME education. This comprehensive data collection continues to support Global's mission of aligning CME offerings with the evolving needs and preferences of healthcare professionals.
