Global CME Impact Award Finalists Announced

Global Education Group (Global) and the Global Alliance for Medical Education (GAME) are pleased to announce that the judging and review for the second Global CME Impact Award is now complete. The Global CME Impact Award, now in its second year, recognizes excellence, influence, and achievements by organizations and individuals implementing impactful and innovative Continuing Medical Education (CME)/Continuing Education (CE) activities that transform healthcare for the greater good.

A panel of six CME / CE professionals selected by Global and GAME served on the judging committee to score each entry in 6 main categories: Innovation, Adult Teaching Methodologies, Collaboration, Patient Engagement, Educational Impact, and Sustainability. The judging committee included: Celine Carrera, The European Society of Cardiology; Sherlyn Celone, Integrated Learning Partners; Lisa Sullivan, In Vivo Academy; Audrie Tornow, Paradigm Medical Communications; Laura Muttini, Educational Health Strategies; Suzanne Murray, AXDEV Group. 

The Global CME Impact Award committee is pleased to announce that after two rounds of review, scoring, and subsequent deliberation, the judging committee has selected the following entries as finalists for the 2018 Global CME Impact Award:

         
The award received seventeen total entries from CME providers from across the world, with submissions from three countries in fifteen therapeutic areas. The finalists will now present their program at the 2018 GAME Annual Conference in Jersey City, NJ, and the winner will be announced during the award ceremony at the conference.Â
