Three New CME Awards Earned for Outstanding Programs

We are excited to announce that two of our education partners working in joint providership with Global, Applied Clinical Education and Paradigm Medical Communication, have received three new CME awards for outstanding educational programs. One award was received from NAMEC, The National Association of Medical Education Companies, and the other two were from The Web Health Awards. Global and our education partners develop outstanding CME programs that regularly earn recognition for their design, content, and educational effectiveness. Best Practice in Learner Outcomes

The National Association of Medical Education Companies (NAMEC) awarded Global and Applied Clinical Education (ACE) the Best Practice in Learner Outcomes award for the program REMEDIES: Focus on Opioid Tolerance, which successfully reached Level 6 and 7 outcomes. The award, presented at The ACEHP 2015 Annual Meeting, is the second award that REMEDIES has earned from NAMEC after winning the Best Practice in Educational Design Award in 2013.

Silver Web Health Award in Medical Education- Summer/Fall 2014

This fall Global and our education partner, Paradigm Medical Communications, earned another Silver Web Health Award for the activity:Optimizing Care to Improve Outcomes for Patients with COPD, which was originally presented as a live program at ACP 2014. This 1.75 hour webinar version of the presentation aims to address the educational needs of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with an interest in the management of COPD who were unable to attend the live symposium, or who attended the live symposium and wish to reinforce their learning.

Merit Web Health Award in Medical Education- Summer/Fall 2014

Global and Paradigm earned an additional award from The Web Health Awards, this time for the program Evidence-Based Management of Advanced Gastric Cancer: Current and Emerging Targeted Therapies. The program was originally presented as a series of live programs throughout the United States, and the award was given for the enduring webcast portion. Certified for physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners, this program is targeted to healthcare professionals involved in the management of advanced gastric cancer. Congratulations to each of our partners on their hard work and dedication to produce these outstanding CME programs.
